Starting today, the National Museum Cardiff will be hosting an art workshop called ‘The Big Draw’, letting people of various ages learn about different drawing techniques and produce a collective work of art together.

The techniques explored in the workshop will include drawing on printed material and using a range of different materials to work with, explained Eleri Evans, learning manager at the museum.

Participants will be working with Katherine Bujalska, a South Wales-based visual artist who’s previous work included transforming a disused Audi showroom into an artwork.

The workshop will run until 28 October, with four sessions each day. It is designed for families and individuals, but places are limited and the museum advises to book on arrival at the Information Desk.
