Bill’s brings great food to Cardiff

Bills' Cardiff

Bills' Cardiff

Last month, Bill’s touched down in Cardiff with its mix of fantastic food. From culinary delights such as moules frites to simple classics, like fish finger sandwiches, there is something for everyone.

Since starting up in 2001, Bill’s won the Observer Food Best Newcomer Award in 2006, and then spread from its native Lewes all over the country.

“It’s great to be opening in Cardiff. The dishes we serve in our restaurant, and the  friendly atmosphere, will fit right in with the local buzz,” said founder, Bill Coulson.

During the day, the restaurant has the vibe of a small café; while at night it has the candle lit quiet of a fancy restaurant, so any time of day you will enjoy yourself.
